Where do I find my registration code?

Where do I find my registration code? Another thread said that it’s 13 digits…I only have three emails from BMT. The one with the download link has a product ID/password, but neither of those are 13 digits. If I punch either of those two things in, the ``Submit Code’’ button stays disabled.

Am I missing an email…? I checked my spam folder, but I don’t seem to have anything there.

It is in the same email with the product ID and password.

Right at the bottom, it says “Your personal online serial number / key for the game is this:”
