Where is the "Start Campaign" button in Collectors Edition?

Hey all,

I’m very excited to play GSB, and specifically excited about doing campaigns.

I just bought GSB: Collector’s Edition from the game’s website, and the Humble Bundle website handled the payment. I registered my game so I can do online play, but I don’t see a “Start Campaign” button anywhere. Do I need to install something?

Collector’s Edition only comes with the core game plus 3 of the DLC races. The rest is extra.
