1.25 Steam version. Go into editor, load list of ships, select the S to delete a design. Open load list, the names of ships aren’t matched correctly to their hulls/designs (the Fighter I was looking at trying to load was listed now as a Destroyer, and showed the wrong thumbnail, loading it loaded a different design). Exiting the editor did not fix the issue, but restarting GSB2 did.
