GSB2 1.30 for the Mac. Purchased via Humble Bundle.
My Mac specs: OSX 10.9.5 / Processor 3.1 GHz Intel Core i5 / Memory 12GB 1333 MHz DDR3
Problem: Displays and graphics. Aesthetically, I have to admit I find the control panel graphics slick and sophisticated. Conversely, I find the battlefield graphics garish and reminiscent of “Space Invaders” or “Asteroids”. But, c’est le guerre.
As per other threads, I tried to tone down the clutter on the battlefield. I disabled “Asteroids” and “Distortions” and then went for a test drive on pre-made Battle Scenario #2.
The attached screen shot is what resulted. The ship battle proceeded to the finish, but only the computer voice over let me know that I’d won.
While I have your attention, the options for having GSB2 in a full screen frame don’t work. One combination has a 2/3 screen floating on my monitor, but not a full screen.
