Hey, just saw your twitter post. I have some ideas to improve that feature. The number of effects shown can be based on the minister’s experience. By doing that minister’s experience bar becomes more important and maybe lets the player make compromises when selecting a new minister. (Rather than just selecting people by their sympathies)
I think this new feature you add was much needed but I also get the concern about making the game too easy. In my opinion, my idea is a good middle ground.
