Is there achievement, that you get if no voter has approval of <75% for example?
It would be functional utopia or something like that - essentially Australia+Japan+Switzerland+Nordic+Western Europe countries on steroids.
Or achievement that you get for creating “anarcho”-primitivist state - no laws, education, healthcare, science, technology.
Also you should get achievement for creating conspiracy theorist nightmare state - essentially totalitarianism.
It could be multiple achievements as totalitarianism has multiple flavors.
Also you should get bad situations if median approval of any group is very low.
This terrorism mechanic could be extended here.
