I’m playing version 1.03.00.
I can’t save my game with it’s default name (german version) at “Anfänger” - “König der nicht verschreibungspflichtigen Medikamente”.
It doesn’t add a number at the end of the savegame name and also doesn’t save.
Other levels are working just fine.
Oh, the length of the level must be too long. Sorry, that’s an oversight by me because the german names are longer than they were in english.
You should be able to just manually change the name, remove the last 2 characters and add a number. Apologies for the inconvenience, I’ll add it to my list of jobs.
