Electric car transition with no cars on road

Electric car Initiative is helping out the envirenment when there are no cars on the road, electric car transition has similar effects.
Also congestion charges are still making me money

Also, the cost of electric car transition should drop once you hit 100% electric car adoption (although it should still eat up rare earth metals to maintain the fleet, once regular cars are off the road I imagine it wouldn’t cost as much to keep the nation’s car fleet 100% electric)

In general I find the electric car transition confusing, as you can be pushing hybrid cars, bans on fuel-inefficient vehicles, funding biofuels, and other similar policies while the fleet is 100% electric when they wouldn’t be using fuels anymore, so maybe these policies should drop in cost too
