Expanded Names MK II MOD

Waves to Y’all

I grabbed Count_Strangle’s idea and just ran with it (original post viewtopic.php?f=18&t=2014&p=9820#p98200)
His changes have not been incorporated into this ‘mod’ (however full props for the idea).

Mod adds:
~850 male first names
~900 female first names
~700 surnames
~820 town names (including cliffski’s beloved hometown :P)

Installation:

1. Backup your “…\Kudos 2\Data\Simulation” directory.
2. Download the ZIP above
3. Extract the files into the “…\Kudos 2\Data\Simulation” directory, overriding the current files.

Files Changed:
femaleforenames.csv
maleforenames.csv
surnames.csv
townnames.csv

With any luck I’ll make some more superficial mods, 'cause it’s just the kind of guy I am

**Edit: Updated town names to give another 500, including every capital city in the world (excluding those with names that are too long), and a large number of US and UK names (so it’s now only about 1/3 Aussie names, not 90% :p)

Ok, so I take FULL responsibility, but that doesn’t mean I know what’s in there The lists were grabbed from the top 1000 names for both male and female then the same for surnames. Town names are almost all Australian; I’ll add more towns tonight and perhaps add “Nevaeh” in there too
