[Feature Request] Use keyboard to scroll lists

I’m not sure how much this applies to most people, but I find it would be much easier and much faster to navigate the user interface if one could say, use arrow keys to scroll up and down lists or use common keys like ‘enter’ or ‘escape’ to accept or cancel a dialog.

Absolutely. I use both the keyboard and the mouse scroll wheel extensively. Unfortunately, neither of these work well in many of the menus in the game.
