The floating “You spent money” bubbles persist between games when going back to the main menu, then opening a different map via New or Load.
For example, start a new game, draw a big long conveyor belt line. Quickly go back to the main menu, then start a new game on a different map. Quickly zoom out. Observe the bubbles from the previous game floating and fading away.
