The bottom inch or so of the screen doesn’t always refresh. I can click blindly, and get the game to move forward to a new day, or from work to planning the evening, but there’s definitely an issue there. I’m using a brand new 1.11 install with XP, and have tried running it in compatibility modes for Win 2k.
Advice?
This is a video card issue, do you have an old driver? or maybe a video card with very little video RAM?
I’m on a three year old laptop with 16 MB of VRAM, and 1 GB of RAM. Drivers are current.
16MB? thats below minimum, you need a newer card to get the game to run properly I’m afraid.
Pity. Well, I’ll keep the game in mind for when I get a new computer. No way to use regular RAM for this?
