I clicked the download button on both direct link and the bit torrent version. The direct link version downloads like any other file on my browser. However, as soon I click to run the program the file can not be opened. It seems to be running into some kind of error some where along the line.
I know it is not my computer. I have this beast fully up to date. I am using an Omen 15 laptop which is a powerhouse and can run every other game I play.
Please tell me how I can by pass this installation issue, or at least tell me how you where able to download the game.
This is the exact message that pops up with the Democracy 4.exe

You need to install Microsoft Visual C++ 2013, 32 bit version or 64bit version (vcredist x86 or x64)
My computer already has this still not working
Your antivirus or security settings may be blocking something.
