Judging by how Cliff incorporates features from every prior game and his wish for his game’s to have long-term relevance, perhaps this is the Democracy game that Cliff always wanted to make? It certainly is the most complex and representative of Democracy that I can think of, or is this the wrong way of looking at it?
Sort of like what Fury Road is to Road Warrior, I imagine D4 is to D1.
