I am Hong Kong People, I think HK democracy is failing, cause Carrie Lam messing around.
So I wanna make a mod to improve democracy in HK on the game.
But I have no idea about the setting. So I need some help.

Why don’t you use your local knowledge and come up with events?

Some Ideas:

  1. Democracy Protests
  2. Police-Criminals Standoff
  3. Overcrowding Crisis

Etc.
