Am I the only one who thinks it takes waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too long to learn how to drive. How should I mod this?

that 0.05 is (as i recall) implying it will take 20 lessons, so you could raise that if you want it to be quicker!
I went into the commute csv file and altered it so that driving was not a prereq for using the car. I just assume my character took driver’s ed in high school like most people 
so, no driving lessons are required at all.
can u tell me what to change so thaT I dont mess it up to do that please?
