This system has a class a shipyard capable of building cruisers, but any cruisers built there can only travel between voloop and the system to it’s left. The reason is that the system to the right does not allow passage for cruisers. Unless i am mistaken this is a waste of a class a shipyard!
Class “A” have a higher capacity for production, though, so if you have the Cash then you can churn out a lot of frigates and fighters from it.
