The link between envirommentalism and both electric car transition and plant based diets seems to be broken.

Can verify this one.
Veganism Environmentalist_perc,0+(0.12* x),4
Electric Car Transition Environmentalist_perc,0+(0.15* x),2
Environmental Protest - Environmentalist_perc,0+(0.25* x),4
All result in an output of 0 regardless of x, when I remove the intertia it works properly.
I observe that amongst the default policies, situations & simulation these are the only ones using intertia in relation to a voter_perc value so it’s likely intertia is the offender here.
Would be good if intertia can be added to be supported in this particular scenario rather than simply removing it though

Edit: this bug is still present actually. I thought it wasn’t but after a few turns the issue is there.

Fixing this now! Basically the history of whether the percentage value was active or not was never forced true, so it would immediately fade to zero from turn 1…

This would make sense why me removing the intertia seemed to “fix” it too.
