Cannot build belt next to socket.

No belt can be built on the spot however machines can be.
Previous actions on this spot:

  1. An ingredient was imported to the socket then removed.
  2. A belt between the two pill makers was built.
  3. Attempting to connect the belt to the socket with a T resulted in failure (beeped to tell me I could not.)
  4. Removal of the belt resulted in the current game state.

I have not verified this on another computer.
