Its a simple idea. It is an uncancelable policy with two opposites. You are either a citizen by blood or by land.

After some thought I have concluded that,
If the slider is pro-land. It would be a boost to racial tension, inequality while a drop in immigration, population, tax revenue. However, for pro-life it is vice-versa.
It is further noted since conservative and liberal beliefs differ from nations. It is difficult to imply that conservatives would prefer pro-land and etc (although I believe that is the case for the states).
