Double cure rating calculation isn't handled correctly?

I have a product which has 1 Urinary Retention (red) and two Treats Bipolar Disorder. The rating is C, broken down into:

E: 0 bipolar episodes avoided.
A+: 144 bipolar episodes avoided. (it’s right at the most effective point)
E: 22 urinations prevented. (2 below the most “effective” point)

30 sold a month.
