I don’t get it. The game worked fine yesterday. I haven’t done anything different. No mods. I keep getting that dreaded Windows death message: “GSB.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.” Anyway, any suggestions would be appreciated.
Never mind. Updated DirectX and now everything works. Don’t know why or what happend, but the game is working again.
I get these periodically. It happens when I do all sorts of stuff (I don’t think it’s ever happened twice on the same stimulus), usually moving from one screen to another, and it never interferes with starting the game up again immediately. I’ve written it off as yet another charming “quirk” of Windows.
