Does anybody know how to increase internet speed using policies? My technology is at 100% but internet speed is at about 40%. Im trying to get 80% for the Living in the Future achievement but cannot find how to raise internet speed at all, other than tech. thanks
Currently its impossible to do so.

its also raised by having huge subsidies on a state owned telecoms company right now. Im considering adding a boost from private space industry and from sapce/mars programs to represent cheaper staelite internet.
As said, that definitely should be a thing, but I think real-life tech-wise, cables are more important. I think the telecoms boost should probably be larger.
