I’m curious to know how one converts all the files over. Is it simple?

Very Simple
Step 1: Convert all .dds files to .png
Step 2: Change any files that reference the .dds to .png
Step 3: Call it a mod for Mac.

My theory is that it ignores the extension, and just looks for “beam_red_atlas”. But if I don’t put the extension on, it doesn’t work I also think that if I put a .png and. dds with the same name except extension, It will choose the dds.
In 90% of the time i would say that you are right.
However i have recieved feedback early on where the Uni-T Mod was not working on there Mac. So i changed all the graphics and references which seemed to fix the problem.
Since then i have recieved a few emails commenting that they can not use any mods except for the ones where the file formats had been changed.
Whether this relates to their system I don’t know - but i will still offer the 2 versions to players on the remote chance that the PC version does not work on their Mac
hm, that is weird… Yeah, it must be system-specific, or even version-specific.
I would say so - problems with converting dds to png.
But i am not a Apple expert - never owned one, never used one . .
If i look at the downloads of Unity i get about 30 people downloading the Mac version to the 200 people that download the PC version
