Hi Cliff, i got it to repeat. My Mega factory save will eventually crash when it tries to auto save.
Last night I left it running and when I woke up today, I found the crashed (Playing in full screen modem screen just froze up), Hitting Alt Tab would show the error, and I screen shotted it. Today I left it running, saving frequently to try to isolate the wait time, and file size of the time the auto save crashes. I finally caught it about 3 minutes before the crash.

I loaded this up, and honstly, it did not reproduce immediately, it may need to run for a while. When loading it, it will take a long time, a very long time. Finding the routes seems to be the longest hang.
