I love the beauty of the work put into the ships. I really didn’t like the detail getting lost in mipmaps so I removed them from the ships.
Ignore the computer’s race because I hadn’t yet modified them. The 7zip archive link includes all ship mips removed with the exception of the rabbit which didn’t really seem to lose any quality as it was smaller.
I didn’t want to show the images in this post because first, they are huge files and second the forum cuts off most of it.

I guess if you didn’t know already just extract them to C:\Program Files\Gratuitous Space Battles\data\bitmaps\ships
