I think living in the future is unattainable due to the Internet Speed requirement. It says you need a value of 0.70 in the pinned thread, but the game files would indicate 0.75. That is impossible to reach even with fully funded SpaceProgram (0.20*(x^3)), StateTelecoms (0.08*(x^4)), and the full Technology Effect (0.2*x), you can only boost it by 0.48 over its 0.25 base value, getting to a max of 0.73 unless I am reading this wrong.
Solution: Set the achievement to require 0.70 internet speed rather than 0.75.
