Let’s have a Civic Education Policy which would reduce the effect from bad situations, and would enable us to reduce regulations without undermining our socioeconomics in game. This would also help us to reduce bureaucracy without waiting for civil services and related policies to be implemented. This of course can be balanced, and is not intended as a panacea for all regulatory need and facilitation.
Which also brings me to the point of having a need for a regulatory facilitation policy.
I really think that we need something which allows us to reduce bureaucracy which can enable us to bypass to some extent the catch-22 of either reducing regulation, which as it stands makes things worse and increasing regulation which makes bureaucracy worse.
